1 Applicability and Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, content and activities on the 77bet platform. By opening an account, accessing or using any service on 77bet, you are considered to have fully and automatically agreed to these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also considered part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any translation or interpretive conflict, the English version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To use 77bet's services, you must create a valid personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, 77bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be correct. Providing false or misleading information may cause problems during account verification and may prevent withdrawals.

2.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change, please update them as soon as possible through your account settings or via live chat support.

3 Age Verification

Users must be at least 21 years old to use any service on 77bet. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

At any stage of account verification, 77bet may request a copy of a National ID Card (NID), passport or birth certificate as proof of age. Withdrawals may be delayed until age verification is complete. If it is found that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings will be voided.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You are strictly advised not to share this information with anyone else.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately via live chat. If any financial loss occurs as a result of sharing your account login details with others, 77bet will not be held responsible.

4.2 Password Changes

For security purposes, you are advised to change your password regularly. Avoid using easily guessable passwords such as your date of birth or 123456.

4.3 OTP Verification

For certain actions — such as withdrawal requests — OTP verification sent to your mobile may be required. Sharing this OTP with anyone else is prohibited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific rules must be followed for financial transactions on 77bet. The main payment-related terms are set out below.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Full account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

5.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 77bet reserves the right to verify your identity and ownership of the payment method. This may include requesting a copy of your National ID Card or passport.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Specific conditions must be met to claim promotional offers from 77bet. Please read these conditions in full before using any bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires total wagering of ৳50,000.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses may only be used for playing games on 77bet.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless the relevant promotion clearly states otherwise.
• 77bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Programme

77bet's VIP Programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% cashback per week), Silver (up to 1.0% cashback per week) and Gold (up to 1.5% cashback per week). Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Regularly active players can move up to higher tiers over time.

7 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on 77bet. You are advised to read the specific rules for each game or event before placing a bet.

7.1 Bet Validity

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• In the case of a technical error, 77bet reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the original stake.
• In the case of clearly incorrect odds, 77bet reserves the right to cancel all bets accepted at those odds.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, event results are determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting body. In the case of a dispute, 77bet's decision is final.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

The game provider's rules apply to live casino and slot games. If a game round is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, it will be completed from the state saved on the server.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 77bet platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Placing the same bet through two or more accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Using any automated software, bots or artificial assistance to operate games.
• Participating in any form of fraud or deceptive activity on the platform.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Carrying out any form of cyberattack on 77bet's systems or network.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.

If any of the above activities are suspected, 77bet may temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is completed.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

77bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its own discretion. However, in most cases users will be informed and given the opportunity to resolve the matter before such action is taken.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Serious breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• During an active dispute or legal proceedings.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify the support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

77bet accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to keep account details secure.
• Inconvenience caused by unexpected server maintenance or emergency service downtime.

In any circumstances, 77bet's maximum liability will be limited to the balance available in the user's account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bet platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text content and other materials — is protected by 77bet's intellectual property rights.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Limited viewing and saving of certain content is permitted for personal and non-commercial use.

12 Changes to Terms

77bet reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.
